Hi, I am thinking of purchasing Casa Dsara 1 for own stay but heard from some agents that it is mainly occupied by students.

Came across this blog, could owners staying at Casa Dsara 1 share their point of view?

I have visited the place and it seemed pretty decent and not noisy with rowdy students.

Appreciate any info.

Thank you.

Hi,

Casa Damansara 1 has a good spread of community. We have a mix of professionals, retirees, family, workers from nearby commercial centers and students.

Most of our student residents are from KDU and UM.

As with most condominiums, a strong management committee is key in ensuring a harmonious community.

We are proud that we are one of the best managed condominium in the area.

Buying a home is a big personal decision and to be considered carefully. The ultimate responsibly is yours but we do advise to use a agent that is registered with Casa Damansara Management.

Cheers and good luck.

Adrian

I am a resident from Block B. The link to Tropicana city mall provides the resident with great convenience. However, I have noticed that our place has become noisier, especially the noise from the car alarm system and music from the shopping mall. Any one feels the same?

Hi, I would like to clarify that the management office's number is 0377262621, instead of 0377262521.

Thank you!

Kevin,

Your concern is valid as we are surrounded by newer buildings.
However, the committee had more or less agreed to only paint the building after all construction in the area has been completed. (Casa 3 next door is last phase). This is to avoid cracks and dirt happening after we have done the painting.

Otherwise, it depends on 2 criteria.
1. Whether we have enough funds in the sinking fund.
2. If we have been compelled by law under time frame and instructed by MBPJ.

If you have other concerns, you may check with the management office and raise them at the meet the neighbours sessions or AGM.

Thanks

I noticed that the corridors to the apartments are not mopped or sweep daily. Is there a schedule for the cleaners to do it?

We engaged a professional service company to maintain the property. If you are not satisfied with the services, kindly bring up the matter with the management office and im sure they will take action.

I also noticed that there are not dustbins at the entrance of the lifts, except for the ground floor. I think it would make the place cleaner if one dustbin is provided at every floor.
Please do not take my comments negatively, as I believe these can help make Casa Damansara a cleaner and better place for residents.
